customer-promiseAt Churches we believe in 100% transparency.  That means a clear up front honest pricing system with no hidden costs.  It is our policy to ensure that our staff our friendly and make new customers fully aware of our charge rates at time of booking.  Our aim is to provide excellent quality with “middle of the road” pricing.  We will provide a comprehensive description what work we have carried out and include a full breakdown of labour, material and any other charges applied.

Loyalty scheme

Churches believe in loyalty! That’s why we reward our regular clients with priority service, discounted rates and promotional entitlements.  As a loyalty customer you will receive 20% discount on standard labour rates.

To qualify as a loyalty client you simply need to have had a service or works carried out within the last 12months by our company.  Don’t worry if you haven’t though, providing you have an additional service booked or further works carried out within 12 months of the previous we will credit the difference on your next invoice.  For further advice, simply email at sales@churches.co.uk or contact our team by telephone at the Winchester, St Cross office on Tel 01962 840903.

Account facilities

    **1st time initial “Turn Up” fee definition

    This is a one off service charge that you will incur each time you use the standard daytime or out of hour’s emergency breakdown service.  These charges include the 1st hour at your premises, thereafter you will be charged at the appropriate hourly rate shown in the scheduled labour rate table.  For simplicity the same fee is applied to all trades.  Please note if a return or follow up visit is required after a breakdown or emergency service job you will NOT be charged a 2nd call out fee.

    **All our fixed rate servicing charges include consumables but exclude any replacement parts that may be required.  Our charges also include all relevant certification, such as gas safety.

    ***White goods must be disconnected, for disconnection and connection charge see white goods changeover service.

    Materials and additional cost
